GP-QBA/BBA series is a high-precision MEMS silicon resonance pressure sensor, silicon resonance pressure sensor is currently the highest measurement accuracy of the pressure sensor, because of its high accuracy, good stability, digital output and other advantages, is widely used in aviation atmospheric data measurement systems, ground pressure controllers and meteorological measurement equipment.

 

The resonance structure in the core of the sensor adopts tuning fork beam design, its working mode is in-plane vibration, through electrostatic excitation capacitance pickup way to realize the interaction of electrical signal and mechanical vibration, and then combined with the closed-loop control circuit converted into frequency signal output.

GP-PID3000 is a single-channel digital output silicon resonant pressure transmitter. The core part of this series of products adopts the silicon resonant pressure sensor, through its output analog signal quantization compensation, and realize the digital output. It provides a wide range of outputs with temperature and pressure gain and offset calibration, and can be used in a variety of high-precision pressure measurement scenarios.
