The XGZF3000 air flow sensor is designed for precise low-flow gas measurement using MEMS thermal mass flow technology. It measures gas flow in flow channels based on thermodynamic principles and is suitable for non-corrosive gases such as air, oxygen, and nitrogen.
The sensor integrates a MEMS thermal sensing chip with a high-performance CMOS microprocessor. Combined with a dedicated calibration algorithm, it delivers accurate real-time flow signals with excellent repeatability. Covering a flow range from 100 to 3000 SCCM, the XGZF3000 is optimized for applications requiring high sensitivity at low flow rates.
With optional analog or digital outputs and support for unidirectional or bidirectional flow measurement, the sensor offers flexible integration. Its fast response and stable performance make it well suited for portable ventilators, oxygen generators, CPAP devices, anesthesia equipment, HVAC systems, air purifiers, environmental monitoring, fuel cell control, and other air flow measurement and control applications.
