The XGZF4000 air flow sensor is based on MEMS thermal mass flow technology and is designed for accurate measurement of non-corrosive gases such as air, oxygen, and nitrogen. It measures gas flow in flow channels using thermodynamic principles, delivering precise and repeatable results.
The sensor integrates a MEMS thermal sensing chip with a high-performance CMOS microprocessor. Combined with a dedicated calibration algorithm, it provides real-time and accurate flow signal output. The XGZF4000 supports a wide flow range from 5 to 500 SLM and offers flexible configuration options, including analog or digital outputs, as well as unidirectional or bidirectional flow measurement.
Thanks to its fast response, high sensitivity, and stable performance, the sensor is well suited for medical devices such as ventilators, oxygen generators, CPAP systems, and anesthesia equipment, as well as HVAC systems, air purifiers, environmental monitoring, and fuel cell control applications.
