ELCT IO-Link Master EtherCAT

The ELCT IO-Link Master EtherCAT is designed to connect IO-Link sensors and actuators to EtherCAT-based industrial automation systems. Acting as a distributed field I/O module, it enables standardized IO-Link communication between field devices and PLC controllers within high-speed industrial networks.

The module provides eight IO-Link master ports compliant with IO-Link protocol version 1.1. Each port supports IO-Link communication with sensors and actuators using standard M12 A-coded connectors, enabling reliable device integration at the field level.

For network connectivity, the device supports Industrial Ethernet communication with 100Base-TX and includes an integrated Ethernet switch. Two M12 D-coded connectors allow easy connection within EtherCAT fieldbus networks, supporting flexible installation in distributed automation systems.

Designed for harsh industrial environments, the module features a robust housing with IP67 protection and fully potted electronics for improved resistance to vibration, shock, moisture, and dust. Copper-plated nickel connectors ensure reliable electrical connections in demanding conditions.

Typical applications include machine automation, distributed sensor integration, and industrial production systems where IO-Link communication is used to connect intelligent sensors and actuators within EtherCAT networks.
