ELIP IO-Link Master EtherNet/IP

The ELIP IO-Link Master EtherNet/IP enables the integration of IO-Link sensors and actuators into EtherNet/IP-based industrial automation systems. Acting as a distributed field I/O module, the device connects intelligent field devices directly to PLC networks, allowing standardized communication and device diagnostics.

The module provides eight IO-Link master ports that support IO-Link protocol communication with field devices. The ports can operate as Class A or Class B, enabling flexible connection of sensors, actuators, and other IO-Link devices in industrial automation environments.

For network communication, the module supports Industrial Ethernet with 100Base-TX and integrates an internal Ethernet switch. Two M12 Ethernet connectors allow easy installation in EtherNet/IP fieldbus networks while supporting typical industrial network topologies.

Designed for field-level installation, the module features a robust housing with IP67 protection. Fully potted electronics increase resistance to vibration, shock, moisture, and dust, ensuring reliable operation in demanding industrial environments. Nickel-plated brass connectors provide stable electrical connections and mechanical durability.

Typical applications include machine automation, distributed sensor systems, and industrial production equipment where IO-Link devices need to be connected to EtherNet/IP PLC systems.
