TBH Smart IO-Link Temerature Sensor

The TBH smart IO-Link temperature sensor is designed for modern industrial automation applications requiring flexible signal handling, intuitive operation, and reliable communication. It integrates temperature measurement, switching functions, and IO-Link communication into a compact and robust sensor design.

The sensor features a large 4-digit digital display with a semi-transparent, integrated molded housing, ensuring clear visibility of temperature values. The upper housing section can be rotated by up to 300°, allowing flexible installation and optimal display orientation. Switching outputs (normally open or normally closed), analog outputs, or IO-Link communication can be configured according to application requirements.

All key parameters—including switching logic, hysteresis or window mode, and the start and end points of the analog signal—can be easily set via onboard buttons or through IO-Link. With a stainless steel housing and M12 A-coded 4-pin connector, the TBH sensor is well suited for reliable temperature monitoring in demanding factory automation environments.
