Overview
The MSF-M125K is the direct-pressure version. Only the part is pressurised and its own pressure trace is watched over the test cycle – no reference sample, so the fixture is simpler and cheaper than a differential bench. The instrument compensates atmospheric pressure and temperature electronically, which is what makes a single-circuit measurement usable in a production shop.

How the measurement works
The part is filled with air to the set pressure, then the pneumatic shut-off valve closes. If the part leaks, the pressure in the test circuit falls, and the pressure sensor decides whether a leak is present. Straightforward, but sensitive to temperature drift – which the instrument compensates.
