HT-AH Air Pressure Cycling System — High Pressure
Air pressure cycling up to 40 bar with a built-in silent compressor. Self-contained, so no plant air supply is needed at the test location.
The HT-AH takes pneumatic cycling up to 40 bar and carries its own air supply. The built-in silent compressor means the bench can be placed where no compressed-air line exists — a laboratory, a quality room, or a floor where running plant air is not practical.

What it does
- Runs a sinusoidal pressure profile at up to 40 bar without an external air line.
- Suits longer hold and slow-cycle profiles, where the point is the number of full-pressure excursions rather than speed.
- Records pressure against time across the whole run, including slow drifts that a fast profile would hide.
- Runs unattended, with the cycle count and the recorded curve available at the end.
Typical use
- Pressure cycling of pneumatic valves, cylinders, seals and small pressure vessels.
- Air-side validation of parts that also have a hydraulic or fuel-side counterpart.
- Gauge and sensor conditioning where oil contamination is not acceptable.

How a unit is specified
The number of parts, their internal volume and the required frequency set the compressor and receiver size. Because air is compressible, the volume of the fixture matters more here than on a hydraulic bench — a large manifold at 40 bar can cost more air than the parts themselves.
Standard and custom
The compressor, receiver and pressure control form the standard platform. The fixture station is built to the part, including port threads, cavity volume and burst containment.
