The PR Automatic Dead Weight Tester is a fully automated primary pressure standard designed for high-precision calibration tasks in metrology laboratories and industrial environments.

The piston assembly combines high-elastic modulus tempered ceramics and tungsten carbide, significantly reducing deformation under high pressure and ensuring excellent long-term accuracy. An intelligent binary and equal-mass weight system minimizes the number of required weights while maintaining fine pressure resolution.

A pneumatic manipulator enables fast and stable automatic loading and unloading of weights without electromagnetic interference, achieving pressure point switching within 3 seconds. Pressurization, holding, and pressure release are fully automated via single-button operation.

The system continuously monitors piston position, temperature, and rotation speed, while compensating for temperature, air buoyancy, and level differences. Synchronous, wear-free weight rotation and advanced control algorithms ensure short stabilization times, high robustness, and sustained metrological reliability.
