GA-S02 Three Valve Assy

The GA-S02 three-valve assembly, also known as a pressure balancing valve manifold, is used in conjunction with differential pressure sensors or transmitters to safely connect and disconnect pressure lines. It consists of a high-pressure shut-off valve, a low-pressure shut-off valve, and a central balancing valve.

During installation and operation, differential pressure transmitters are often exposed to high static pressure that is significantly greater than the measured differential pressure. Improper valve operation may lead to single-side pressure overload and potential damage to the transmitter. The GA-S02 three-valve assembly effectively prevents this risk by allowing controlled isolation and pressure balancing of the positive and negative pressure chambers.

Compared to conventional heavy-duty three-valve manifolds designed for very high static pressures, the GA-S02 features a compact and lightweight structure. It is specifically intended for use with compact industrial pressure sensors and transmitters where space, weight, and installation simplicity are critical.
