Suitable for non-corrosive gases

The XGZP192 differential pressure sensor is designed for accurate pressure measurement in compact and high-volume applications. The sensor integrates a piezoresistive silicon sensing die mounted on a substrate and enclosed in a compact housing with a barbed pressure port, enabling easy pneumatic connection.

The device provides a calibrated voltage output proportional to the supply voltage. Key parameters such as zero output, full-scale output, and temperature drift are adjusted through laser trimming, ensuring stable and repeatable measurement performance. Temperature compensation further improves accuracy across varying operating conditions.

With its differential pressure design, the sensor is suitable for applications requiring precise pressure comparison or flow-related measurements. The compact structure allows easy integration into OEM equipment and embedded systems.

The XGZP192 is intended for use with non-corrosive gases or air. Typical applications include HVAC systems, air flow monitoring, medical devices, and industrial control systems where reliable differential pressure measurement is required.
