The V17 portable hydraulic pressure pump is designed for generating high pressure for calibration and testing applications. The manual pump can produce pressures from 0 to 700 bar, making it suitable for calibrating pressure transmitters, pressure gauges, and other industrial pressure instruments.

Pressure is generated efficiently using a lever-driven pressurizing mechanism that allows high pressure to be built quickly with short strokes. A fine adjustment screw enables precise control of the output pressure, allowing accurate pressure setting during calibration procedures. When combined with a reference pressure calibrator, the pump can form a simple passive pressure calibration system for laboratory or field use.

The pressure system uses corrosion-resistant materials and a multi-layer sealing structure to ensure reliable operation and minimize leakage during high-pressure generation. The integrated M20×1.5 female connection enables quick installation of test instruments without the need for additional tools.

With its compact size and lightweight construction, the V17 pump is suitable for both laboratory metrology work and on-site calibration tasks, including pressure transmitter verification, gauge calibration, and leak testing of pressure systems or vessels.
