CIOL-2VI-SC IO-Link Converter

The CIOL-2VI-SC IO-Link analog converter is designed to integrate standard analog voltage signals into IO-Link based industrial automation systems. The device enables the connection of two independent 0–10V analog input signals, converting them into IO-Link digital data for transmission to higher-level control systems.

The converter supports IO-Link communication according to version 1.1 and operates as a Class A device with an M12 A-coded connector. Analog signals are acquired with up to 12-bit resolution and transmitted in a standardized data format, ensuring reliable and consistent signal processing.

The module features a compact design with M12 connectors for both IO-Link communication and analog signal input. A transparent housing with integrated LED indicators allows easy status monitoring during operation and commissioning.

With support for external sensor supply and robust industrial design, the device is suitable for field-level installation. Typical applications include machine automation, retrofitting of analog sensors, and system integration where conventional 0–10V signals need to be connected to IO-Link infrastructure.
