XGZP-183 Surface Mount Pressure Sensor

The XGZP183 surface mount pressure sensor is designed for compact and cost-effective pressure measurement in high-volume applications. The sensor integrates a silicon-glass based piezoresistive sensing die mounted on a substrate and enclosed in a standard SOP package, enabling efficient PCB integration.

Pressure applied to the sensor is directly transferred to the sensing element, generating a proportional electrical signal. The silicon-glass structure enhances mechanical stability and supports consistent measurement performance with good repeatability, linearity, and sensitivity.

The standard SOP package allows easy installation using SMT assembly processes, making the sensor suitable for large-scale manufacturing. Signal conditioning and temperature compensation can be implemented using external operational amplifiers or integrated circuits, providing flexibility in system design.
